These simple bum bags are made from X-Pac ® VX-07, available in a variety of colourful prints.
Designed to be worn up front in conjunction with a pack, they allow easy access to essential items during the day. The strap is long enough to enable use as a cross shoulder bag too.
Note: VX-07 is waterproof but the bags are not seam sealed. Any items such as sensitive electronics should be stored in a Ziploc bag.

Took my bum bag on its maiden hike last weekend and loved it. It's lightweight and most importantly sits comfortably while I walk. I was a little worried that it might be too big/bulky and it would annoy me but I barely noticed it clambering over boulders etc, so the design is clearly well thought out. I also got multiple compliments on the trail - always nice to have good looking gear!
What a fantastic piece of gear! Excellent workmanship has gone into this bum bag, Pete obviously takes pride in his craft. Highly recommended. Looking forward to testing it out this winter before putting it through its paces on the TA (South Island) next year.
Really impressed with the quality of the bum bag I got in the pink topo colour. Pete went above and beyond to trim down the strap length to fit my skinny waist - I just had to measure my waistline and then he cut the strap to length and gave plenty of wiggle room over and under so I can cinch it tight or wear thicker layers in winter. Highly recommend!
Love everything about this product. Professionally made, room for everything I need handy when hiking, love the pattern and it is ultra lightweight.
